Minimizing Stress

An abundance of stress is the biggest obstacle we face in our lives. Stress is an unwanted link to the buildup of physical and mental pressure we feel at different times throughout the day. Too much stress on the system can trigger many diseases, as well as accidents and poor decisions. Not knowing how to keep stress at a minimum can lead to addictive behavior, which in turn can lead to dysfunctional relationships, at home, on the street, and in the workplace.
